We are a team of beef noodle chefs from western China, bringing authentic hand-pulled noodles and rich beef bone broth to New York. Combining tradition with innovation, we blend hometown flavors with the city’s diverse culture.

Each bowl is crafted with passion, offering the warmth of home and the unique charm of Chinese cuisine.

Our main specialty is beef noodle, featuring hand-pulled noodle and freshly prepared soup every day. Highlights include Braised Beef Noodle, Pickled Cabbage Beef Noodle, Cold Beef Noodle, and Beef Knife-Cut Noodle.

We also offer flavorful dishes like Big Plate Braised Chicken, Lamb Pilaf, and sides such as Chive Pancake, Chinese Burger, Grilled Beef and Lamb Skewers. To complement your meal, enjoy refreshing appetizers like Mixed Three Shreds and Cucumber Salad.
